Having got her start in London, nurturing her palette working behind the scenes in the electronic music industry for labels and as a music journalist, T-N Is a Naarm (Melbourne) raised and based DJ with a sonic identity that revolves around rolling rhythms, psychedelic textures and delicate melodies that lean into the emotive.
As a writer, her work has been published both digitally and in print in publications such as Dazed, Mixmag, Resident Advisor, Electronic Beats and Crack and predominantly explores BIPOC and queer stories within electronic music.
Having played across the UK and Europe for radio stations such as Rinse FM, at parties and venues such as Mala Junta, Technom8 and Den Anden Side, and supporting artists such as DJ Tool, DINA and Woody92, T-N is deeply immersed in the realms of global electronic music and extends her evolving, trance-driven soundscapes to her city’s local dance music scene and beyond.
T-N has played a key role in shaping Black Artist Database over the past four years and currently co-runs the mixed media label Amniote Editions alongside Mama Snake. She also has her own radio show AMUL3T on Naarm community favourite Skylab Radio, with a focus on ambient, downtempo and electronica.
