Nak’s sound is immersive, rhythmic, playful; all grounded in a love for storytelling through music. An artist produced by the diverse Naarm (Melbourne) scene, she’s drawn the respect of the city’s finest - showcasing a keen ear for mixing and selection.
Her genre-bending sets ebb and flow between lush, expansive techno and the grittier shades of dubstep and liquid DnB. Expect whirling cuts of glistening breaks, wobbly bass and psychedelic grooves that will massage your mind and carry your legs til dawn.
Having graced the stage in recent years at the iconic Dark Mofo festival program as well as new festival entrant Moniker, Nak has also quickly ammassed supporting duties for the likes of Helena Hauff, Kessler, Reptant and Schacke.
Nak is on the rise and steadily carving out her own corner in the Naarm music scene, a journey that will undoubtedly see her go from strength-to-strength as she shares her artistry with the scene.
